We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L), irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union. Sampling typically takes 7-14 days, while mass production for ODM/OEM orders takes 45-55 days.
How is the product quality guaranteed?
We guarantee that all received products are qualified. In case of any broken parts, please provide detailed photos via email, and we will provide replacements based on actual conditions.
How do you protect my intellectual property and designs?
We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to protect your designs and ensure they are not sold to other parties. For large orders, we can also sign exclusive production agreements.
Are your materials environmentally friendly and certified?
Yes, we use professional and certified materials. We conduct monthly SGS testing on paint batches and maintain our own safety labs. We also comply with FSC regulations for sustainable and eco-friendly wood sourcing.
