1. Can you provide samples of your products? What is your lead time for samples?
Business relationships are built on trust. We encourage you to order samples, so you can see for yourself the quality of our products. Samples are usually dispatched within 1-5 business days after receiving payment. We will refund the sample cost if you are satisfied with our products and place a bulk order.
2. How can you ensure the quality of your products?
Our professional Quality Control team closely monitors every stage of product development and manufacture. We have strict standards for materials, semi-finished products, assembly, packaging, and delivery.
3. How long is the production time for a bulk order?
Current trends and customer demand can change rapidly. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet targets with efficient production and delivery times. Production usually takes 15-45 days; the specific time depends on the quantity of products you order.
4. Can we print our own logo on the products?
Our goal is to help you grow your brand by meeting your customers’ needs. OEM/ODM orders are welcome. We will design the products you envision, to ensure the satisfaction of you and your customers.
5. What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ will be different based on a different product, we understand that you have your own inventory needs to look after, so we always try our best to fulfill your need especially for the new products to test the water.
6. How are orders packaged for shipment?
All products are securely packed in standardized export packaging (like colour boxes and master cartons) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We handle G.W./N.W. and CBM calculations carefully for efficient logistics.
